Rodney brings a range of skills and experience to the table. His broad understanding of the hire market is based on his wide professional background in the Civil construction, Hire, Irrigation, Plumbing and drainage market segments.

Additionally, his sales background, customer relationships and leadership qualities are valuable to the development of the business and central to maintaining and developing strong customer relationships. Rodney has experience in the planning and implementation of business improvement models, market positioning, quality, health and safety and procedural requirements.

Kylene Schlebusch | Operations Manager

With a passion for working with people, and a strong customer service, operations and administrative background, Kylene enjoys making a difference and supporting our members, suppliers and trainers within the Association. Experience in Operations, Business Development, Marketing and General Management provides Kylene with a well-rounded skill set that is valuable in building engagement and supporting members and the team. 

Amy Kaur | Administration Assistant

Amy is from Te Puke and comes from a horticultural background in Kiwifruit. Amy has experience working in the Kiwifruit industry, working in their payroll office, in the orchards and in other customer service roles. Amy studied accounting in Business and looks forward to supporting the Elevating Work Platform Industry Association members.

Carien Bresler | Relationship Manager

I originally started my career in the human resources field with a qualification in HR from Wits University. In 2001 we opened our own Auto Electrical and Fitment Centre which we successfully owned and managed for 17 years but in 2016 we decided it was time for a change, we sold up our lives and moved to New Zealand.

I joined a large Access/Forklift company in 2018 where I held various roles and gained a great deal of experience in the hire industry. My background in the automotive trade was easily transferable into the service field within the hire industry and is where I spent the bulk of my time.

My experience includes, general management, fleet management, service management, human resource management, systems and relationship building. Looking at collaboration to address all the industry needs of our Members.
